About Person-Centered Partnerships

Person Centered Partnerships, Inc. (PCP) is a non-profit 501©3 organization that supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues and any combination thereof, since 2001 in Charlotte, North Carolina. PCP provides a wide array of both Medicaid and Non-Medicaid services which consists of Community Support, Community Support Team, Community Support Group, CAP Services, Developmental Therapies, Supported Employment, Residential Services and Respite. Today, PCP is one of the largest Adult Community Support providers in Mecklenburg County and serves over 500 consumers. Additionally, we also serve consumers from Western Highlands, Piedmont and Catawba Counties. Our goal is not to be the largest, but to provide quality services in partnership with consumers and other advocacy groups to create a community of resources for our participants. Our commitment is to create an environment for participants, which fosters personal growth and self-fulfillment by encouraging creativity and risk-taking, honoring diversity and personal choices, encouraging self-reflection, and providing on-going education and resources. We hire the most trained and experienced staff to assist participants in obtaining their goals. We currently employ over 100 employees, made up of Administrative Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Qualified Professionals, Associate Professionals, Para Professionals and Support Staff working together to provide a “team approach” to service delivery. We strongly believe in supporting and encouraging individual dreams, hopes and goals. We believe that everyone has the right to live a full, satisfying and rewarding life.
